Ingredients
- 1-ounce vodka
- 1/2-ounce blue curaco
- 1/2-ounce coconut flavored rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1-ounce fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and mix vigorously. Stop when the shaker is too cold to hold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

The ladies in my neighborhood had an Elvis Tribute Party last night. Several groups were in charge of drinks and appetizers honoring his movies. Lucky me had “Blue Hawaii”! I took a lime and ran it around the rim of my martini glasses and dipped the glasses in blue sugar (in the cake decorating aisle of the grocery store). Beautiful presentation and the drink is escellent!
