Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup granola
  2. 1/4 cup peanuts
  3. 1/4 cup coconut
  4. 1/4 cup oatmeal
  5. 1/4 cup unsweetened carob chips
  6. 1/4 cup peanut butter
  7. 3/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, grind the granola, the peanuts, the coconut and the oatmeal. Melt the carob chips, the peanut butter and the honey over medium heat.
  2. Mix dry ingredients into melted mixture until coated. Pour the whole mixture into an 8 by 8-inch pan lined with plastic wrap. Chill for fifteen minutes. Slice it into 12 sections and serve.
  3. Keep refrigerated.

Toast the coconut, and use what nuts you have on hand – I used almonds and pecans.

Of course they taste great! How can they not with such ingrediants? I found them to be somewhat messy, but that could be because I did not let them cool long enough. They looked so good that I just could not wait!
