This is so good!!! And fresh as the recipe says. It will be hard to order in a restaurant and have it taste this good. Have been making them during this 2021 holiday season. I did order one in a restaurant a few days ago and they used bottled sweet and sour. I don’t think I’ll ever order one again without asking what’s in it. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. As far as simple syrup, I sometimes add a little good maple along with or add a touch of good vanilla to the simple syrup. Have fun with it.
Best recipe I’ve found for a whiskey sour so far – this is a big hit with guests! As long as you have simple syrup on hand, it’s a breeze to make!
This drink is so refreshing on a hot summer day. Just the right balance of tart and sweet.
What a wonderful drink Ina!!! I didnt want to use egg whites but I had pre made simple syrup, and fresh limes, lemons and bourbon Kentucky whisky from Louisville! I will make this again for friends and family!!! love your show so much! Thank you again!

Wonderful combination with fresh lemon and lime juices. Used Meyer lemons; they are a little sweeter.
It was super easy and a delicious afternoon cocktail
Absolutely delicious!
Very nice drink. Love the citrus and how pretty it looks with the cherry!
Great especially if you’re not a whiskey fan.
