Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 head red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 head Napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
Instructions
- Mix together the vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, sesame oil, and seeds. Set aside and toss together the red cabbage, Napa cabbage, carrots, and raisins until well combined. Dress the slaw with the vinegar mixture and serve.

The cabbage tasted like it did not have any dressing on it, even when we doubled the quantities for the dressing. We will not make this again.
Great recipe. I did double up on the liquids and also used Spenda instead of sugar to keep the carbs down. It was so good, especially after it sits for a while and has a chance for all the ingredients to blend. Will bring it to my next tail gate party.
