I’ve done something similar to this for years but a little simpler. That one, you cover the chicken with Italian dressing, then Parmesan, then bread crumbs and bake. It’s very easy and very good but I have to say, this recipe was easy enough and very moist and delicious. Certainly a step beyond what I’ve been doing.
The best chicken breast I’ve ever made!
Did not like this recipe. Chicken had no flavour.
Beautiful! I have used this recipe more than once. My son and I love it! Fairly quick, easy, and tasty! 🙂
It was delicious. Iam not a good good. The directions were easy to follow and cooking time was perfect. It even had a great crust. Thanks for this recipe.
Place them on a rack atop the cookie sheet 😉 nice crispy breading on both sides evenly then IMO
This was so simple and delicious! I made spaghetti on the side and a salad and we didn’t need anything else. Thank you!
Moist and crunchy
I’m all about breaded chicken and this was a great take on it! Loved it!
I have made this recipe quite a few times. We love it!! The chicken is always juicy and we LOVE the flavor. I double both of the coating mixes. This recipe will continue to be a regular in my kitchen!
Delicious definitely a keeper. who needs to fry. I did have panko crumbs so I substituted old Italian bread on the kitchenaide and mixed all of the dry ingredients as instructed. I also had no Dijon but had a Popeyes Madri gran mustard dipping sauce so I used that instead. had to add the wine duh! and followed the rest of the recipe. Sat back and enjoyed more wine. it was fantastic. so good I would make it for company served with green beans and some risotto, they will think you are a culinary genius.
Amazing – my kids gave it a 10 out of 10! So juicy and so easy to make. Added mashed potatoes and green beans and it was a home run. Will totally make it again!
The family enjoyed it. I did omit the wine and put the chicken on a rack and turned it halfway.
delicious!
Total hit with the whole family. I made the breasts into thin strips instead of hammering them flat, and then prepared the recipe as listed (double portions due to more surfaces) and used my air fryer. Same great taste as the original recipe, but made toddler friendly for my grandson.
I really enjoyed the flavor from the wine and garlic on this dish. No leftovers from this dinner! My only comment was the butter/wine mixture wasn’t enough for me. The bread crumb amount was right on the money. I had maybe a little more chicken than the recipe called for but I will still double that part of the recipe the next time.
Used Ritz crackers for breadcrumbs. Great recipe!
Delicious and quick weeknight dinner.
easy and delicious! Followed the recipe as is and it’s awesome.
This recipe is so delicious that my son and I make it weekly now. So much flavor! Very easy to make.
I would have given this five stars but I had to follow others’ suggestions and tripled the dipping batter. Other than that, it’s a great recipe. The chicken was delicious, not dry, quick and easy to prep and bake. Will definitely make again!
