These chops were wonderful…and how about easy! Wouldn’t change a thing!
Awesome and super easy…thanks Racheal
Complexity and deliciousness belied by simplicity. Very much my kind of recipe.
Thank you Rachel!! My husband thanks you:) Made exactly as recipe called and grilled on the Weber on medium high for 8 min. Served with roasted Yukon potatoes and sunburst tomato salad. I may try the rub on chicken— Delish!!!
This is a fabulous tasting dish, but cooking the lamb on the grill pan on high produced so much smoke that I’m surprised a neighbor didn’t call the fire department. Seriously, there is no way I’d make this again without adjusting the recipe. Another person mentioned the same problem and said to use medium-high heat instead of high heat. I’ll try that next time.
Wow! these were delicious. I ground up cumin seeds in my morter & pestle. Everything else as listed. Grilled on an outdoor grill. Served with a variation of Rachel’s rice that is served with her Lemon Chicken and Morrocan spiced carrots from another site. So good.
What’s a good side dish for this recipe?
Excellent recipe! My husband said I cooked like a chef…I said thanks to Rachel! I was very surprised by the rub’s potency. Flavorful and pink inside, this lamb recipe will be what I will make for his aunt when she visits from Italy…she’s a great cook!
Loved these. Made for a group for supper also used rub on chicken breasts and it was a huge hit. Definitely enhanced by the sauce that another reviewer posted. Definite keeper!
Amazing spice combination.
