  3. Blueberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a Champagne glass, pour in the tangerine juice and Champagne. Garnish with a few blueberries and serve.

This is a nice change from Mimosa’s. I had fresh tangerines, and used them in place of bottled juice. The first reviewer commented on the drink being Icky Sweet, tangerine’s aren’t icky sweet. The person who noted Sandra used raspberries instead of blueberries to garnish, neglected to mention whether he or she like the cocktail. So thus far, two people like this. It’s definitely worth making.
