Ingredients

  1. Nonstick cooking spray, for the pan
  2. 2 cups crushed graham crackers (about 12 sheets)
  3. 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  4. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  5. 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  6. 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  7. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  8. 1 cup chopped pecans
  9. 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut flakes
  10. One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Stir together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and salt in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan in an even layer.
  3. Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, pecans and coconut over the crust. Pour the condensed milk evenly over the top, and spread with a spatula to make sure everything is even.
  4. Bake until the edges are golden brown and the middle is set, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.

These were wonderful and co-workers asked for recipe! Super easy and super good! Nice that it’s easy to have all ingrediants in pantry/refrigerator all the time. i keep the chips in fridge, the chopped pecans/coconut in freezer, actually went ahead and got the graham crackers crushed and in a ziploc in freezer since i had a big box of them. Everything is ready to go, can’t get easier than that!
