Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  2. 1 tablespoon chili powder
  3. 1 tablespoon paprika
  4. 1 tablespoon salt
  5. 1 tablespoon powdered chicken seasoning
  6. 1 tablespoon sugar
  7. 2 teaspoons ground white pepper
  8. Oil, for frying
  9. 1 cooked Peking duck neck, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Mix together garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, chicken seasoning, sugar and white pepper, then reserve.
  2. Heat oil in a deep-fryer. Fry duck neck pieces until crispy and drain. Sprinkle with spice mix and serve.
