Coconut-White Chocolate Latte

This latte tastes great whether it is made with milk or non-dairy milk. either 2 small portions or 1 large serving. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate powder.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup coconut milk (such as Silk®)
  2. 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
  3. 2 tablespoons sweetened cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez®)
  4. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1 cup hot brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. Place coconut milk, white chocolate chips, cream of coconut, and vanilla in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and froth.
  3. Pour coffee into a large mug. Carefully pour frothed milk mixture over top.
  4. Use a milk frother or an immersion blender to froth.
