Ingredients
- 15 cinnamon graham crackers (full sheets)
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 ounces yogurt chips
- Gel or oil food coloring, optional
- 1 heaping cup gummy bears
- Flaky salt
- Sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the graham crackers on top so that they’re side-by-side.
- Heat the butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat, whisking. Once it starts to bubble, heat for 3 more minutes, then carefully pour over the graham crackers, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. Bake until bubbling, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle on the yogurt chips; let them melt for a few minutes. Use an offset spatula to spread them evenly all over. Add a few drops of food coloring, if desired, and swirl it around to get a marbled effect. Scatter on the gummy bears, a pinch of flaky salt and sprinkles, if using. Let set in the fridge until firm, 1 hour or up to overnight, then cut or break into pieces. Enjoy!

This recipe is amazing! Although I thought gummy bears sounded kind of weird. My husband is a gummy fanatic. So, I decided to try the recipe. The gummies are a must try. The yogurt chips add a delicious balance of flavor. I even made this with Matzah for passover. My husband called it passover crack.
This would be fun for a kid’s party – not something I would make with the gummy bears and food color, but the toffee intrigued me. I made this pretty much as written minus the decoration. Instead of the yogurt chips, I did chocolate chips and topped with course flaked salt. It is actually very good like that!
