Instructions
- Mix 4 tablespoons melted butter, 2 tablespoons sliced crystallized ginger and 3 tablespoons sugar in a large bowl; toss with 3 or 4 halved and pitted plums. Place the fruit, cut-side up, on a sheet of foil; scatter 1 cup raspberries and/or blackberries on top. Fold up the packet and grill over medium-high heat until the plums are tender and the berries are juicy, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream or yogurt.

Very good over ice cream! Used plums and blackberries, and chopped fine the ginger. The ginger was pretty strong, so i might use a little less next time. Even so, i thought it was excellent!
Just okay. Wanted something healthy and delicious. It was healthy, but only mildly tasty.
This dessert is so tasty! I used raspberries with the plums and put them over vanilla ice cream. AMAZING!
Made this for desert tonight and everyone raved over it. This is quick and simple. I didn’t add the ginger as I had forgotten to buy it. I used peaches, plums and raspberries with white chocolate raspberry ice cream. Delicious!! Yuuuum!
